Announcing the C2C-West 2023 Conference Program

Los Angeles, California, Friday-Sunday, November 24-26, 2023

Integrated into the CLAW Leather Getaway event at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel.

CARAS is excited to share the program schedule and session information for the C2C West, summarized in the C2C-West 2023 Program Summary linked here in PDF and ePub formats.

C2C-West 2023 session topics include: Jungian and Archetypal Perspectives on BDSM; Philosophical and Neurophysiological Analysis of Pain in Kink Practices; Tony DeBlase and the Making of American BDSM Culture; The Historical Arc of Sexual Asymmetry: A Transdisciplinary Analysis of Sexual Dominance and Submission in Western Culture; Kink Studies: Update on Development of the Field; Soft Skills for Success in the Workplace and Kink Communities; the CARAS Mentoring Program; and the Leather Hall of Fame and CARAS Leather History Panel!

Featured presenter Kali Williams will present two workshops: Financial Domination (FinDom), and Introduction to Erotic Humiliation, Embarrassment, and Degradation.

Psychologists and other healthcare professionals may earn up to 5 Continuing Education (CE) credits.

C2C Conference Registration

C2C attendees should register via the registration portal located at https://clawinfo.org/caras, and be current CARAS subscribers. C2C attendees are also registered for the CLAW event. The C2C is an "in person" event.

C2C Conference Volunteers

CARAS subscribers may volunteer for 6 hours of C2C support and receive a complimentary registration for CLAW+C2C. Please contact c2c@carasresearch.org for more information.

Continuing Education Credit

CARAS is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. CARAS maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
